You can return any item for a refund within 7 days of receiving it. All that we ask is that you:

  • Ensure that the item(s) are in their original condition (unworn & unwashed) with tags (where applicable) or boxes (e.g. shoe, jewellery boxes etc) intact.
  • Package the item(s) properly before handing it over to the pickup personnel.

Please allow up to 7 working days for the Sojoee Team to process your refund once the item is received. Items not returned after 7 days of receipt will no longer be covered by our return policy.

How do I return an item?

You can return an item using the steps below :

  • Log in to your account.
  • Locate your Recent orders on the My Account page.
  • Click on the “Return Item” button.Return item |
    Please note that the Return Item button is only visible on orders with Completed Status.
  • Once on the new page, click the Return item button for the item you wish to return.
  • Complete the “Return an item” form and submit.Return item |

What is your return process?

Our process is as follows:

  1. Make a return request by following the steps in “How do i return an item” question above.
  2. Your request will be reviewed by us and we will get back to you within 24 to 48hrs.
  3. After your request has been reviewed, we will contact you and advise you on the best way forward depending on the reason for your request.
  4. If the agreed upon means of resolution is to Return the item, then you will be contacted on how we intend to retrieve it.
  5. Please ensure that the item is in the same condition it was in when you received it. Also, you are expected to package it properly before handing it over to the pick up personnel, if items arrived in boxes e.g shoe or jewellery boxes etc, you must put them back into their boxes.
  6. Once the item arrives our office (this will take between 2 to 5days depending on your location), it will be fully inspected to ensure all is intact. You will then be contacted.
  7. If all checks out, we will process your return based on one of the following options : Convert funds to Voucher, Exchange or Refund . Note that we may not always honor your request for a exchange due to availability of the product.
    • For Voucher Conversion, allow up to 2 working days
    • For Exchange, allow up to 2 working days.
    • For Refunds, allow up to 2 working days.

    Please note that you are eligible to request for a return within 7days of receiving it after that we will not be required to honor any return request.

How long does resolution take after you have received the returned item(s)?

  • For Voucher Conversion, allow up to 2 working days
  • For Exchange, allow up to 2 working days.
  • For Refunds, allow up to 2 working days.

What cost do i bear for returning an item?

You will not be charged for returns, however, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.

How much will i be refunded?

Your refund can be calculated as follows:
Refund = Cost of item(s) – (Cost of item(s) * 10/100)

Where :
Cost of item(s) = The value of the product(s) bought

For example, if the cost of the item you want to return is N5000, you will be refunded with N4500

Note : the shipping fee is non-refundable.

I want to return an item but i don't want a refund or exchange/replacment, what do i do?

Your funds will be converted to a voucher which can only be used on The voucher value will be the exact cost of the product to be returned.

Go to the “How do I return an item” question above, follow the steps to make your request. Select the Convert to Voucher option in the Desired Action section.

I have made a return request but i just changed my mind, i no longer wish to return it. What do I do?

Your request can only be cancelled before the pick up personnel is sent to your location.
