As a growing online Lagos based business, we currently do not have the capacity to offer call centre customer service. However, we aim to answer your emails within 24 working hours of you sending them. We are a hardworking team and adore our customers. General Information

Do you have a physical shop?

No we do not, we are purely an online fashion store.

If you would like to pick up, you can visit our warehouse located at Magodo Isheri, Lagos. Please contact our customer service rep via Whatsapp (09084447996) to choose a pick up date after which you will be sent the address.

Please note that there is no showroom, so all buying decisions have to be made on the website.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

During delivery, we advise all customers to open the package to ensure they receive the item(s) ordered and that they are in good condition.

In case of an incorrect or faulty item, you are to hand the item back to the delivery personnel, this applies to customers in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt only.

For customers in other states, please contact us on 07053150475  before the delivery personnel leaves or before you leave the pick up hub, you will be advised on what to do.

What should I do if I receive an item and its not my size?

In cases of wearable items e.g shoes, clothing etc. please ensure you test them quickly before the delivery personnel leaves.

In case of sizing issues, you are to hand the item back to the delivery personnel, this applies to customers in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt only.

I am confused about my size, what do i do?

For wearable items, we advise that you purchase your exact size so

PLEASE NOTE :  For Wide Fit users, please note that if we do not specify in the product description that a shoe is wide fit then do not assume that it is wide fit.

Can I exchange an item?

You can try to return an item to have it exchanged but we may not always honor this request as we cannot guarantee having your size due to fast moving stock.

We suggest that you purchase the correct item from our website and return the original to us. We will then process your refund as soon as possible. See our returns page for more information.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay on delivery via cash, bank transfer or card (POS) payments. Please note that when you choose the option to pay on delivery, you will be required to pay the delivery fee upfront before your order is placed or processed. Click here to Learn more.

You can also make full payment before delivery via direct bank transfer or Debit Card payment using a very secure service called Paystack, this gives you various payment option such as bank transfers, Visa, MasterCard & Verve card payments.

Can I cancel my order or remove an item from my order?

YES you can, but only if the order has not been dispatched.

For orders placed via our social media handles or WhatsApp, please inform the rep and you will be advised accordingly.

For orders placed directly on the website, contact us on 07053150475.

Please note – we may be unable to attend to cancellation made via emails because we may not see the request in time.

Registration

Do I need to have an account with Sojoee to shop?

Yes you do. You may view products and add to cart without been logged in, but you will be required to log in before you can check out, hence you need to be registered.

By registering, will I automatically receive marketing emails from you?

Yes you will, but you can opt out at anytime simply by clicking the opt out link at the bottom of any of our email newsletters.

I can't remember my password, what do i do?

Click on this link (PASSWORD RECOVERY) and enter the email address or username used when registering, an email will be sent to you with a new password. Once you are logged in, go to My Profile/Password page and change the password to something you can remember.

How do i create an account?

Pre-Order

What does it mean for an item to be in the Pre-order category?

Items in the Pre-order category are products which we have already purchased but are yet to receive in our warehouse.

What does it mean to Pre-order an item?

By pre ordering an item, you buy off the item before we receive it hence the item will be dispatched to you immediately it arrives our warehouse. You will be informed of the status of your order every step of the way.

Do i need to pay for a Pre-order item?

Yes, we expect full payment for these items. If you have a pre-order item in your cart, the Cash on Delivery option will be unavailable to you at the checkout point. You will be expected to pay either via Direct Payment or using our online payment gateway.

What happens if i Pre-order an item but fail to make payment?

The order will be cancelled if payment is not received and confirmed 12hours after placing the order.

What happens if i pay for a pre-order item and for some reason you can't dispatch it to me?

You will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

What happens if i pay for a pre-order item but for some reason I change my mind before it is dispatched to me?

You will receive an 80% refund of the product amount. Your delivery fee will be refunded in full.

When do i expect my pre-ordered items?

Your order is dispatched typically within 5 to 7 working days of placing the order. You will be updated once we receive the items in our warehouse after which your order will be dispatched.
